At Ferla Family Bikes, we want you and your family to ride with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your bike within 14 days of delivery in its original condition. Please note that return shipping fees and a restocking fee may apply to ensure the quality and safety of our specialized cycling equipment.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your bike to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Bike

  Carefully disassemble and pack the bike in its original factory packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label and schedule a pickup or drop off the package at an authorized freight carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the bike for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
